Great analysis of how AI is reshaping SaaS pricing models. The data on UBP adoption (85% of companies now using it) is compelling. Curious about how you think about Outcome Based Pricing? In a world where AI does the work, won't we ultimately end up charging based on the value/quality of that work? (as opposed to how often we use AI to do that work). I tend to think UBP is a stepping stone to OBP.
